The Sush Tote Bag

This tote bag was named after a very sweet friend called Sush, who happens to be my personal hairdresser in Austin, and who inspires me all the time with her unique style.

This bag is a composition of what we, crocheters, call the Granny Squares; and if you thought you could only make afghans well you were very, hum, unfamiliar. Granny Squares can make anything you want, it's like attaching fabric squares to sew clothes or accessories. And another reason to like them is that you can compose a single square out of many colors, as many as you want.

Measurements are, 13 x 13 inches, straps are 27 inches long. Inside fabric (Polk a dot) was hand sewn. Yarn is 100% acrylic, very resistant. More photos coming:

Soon to be up on Etsy!
